A multi-dimensional approach to healing and chronic pain
Managing Your Chronic Pain
If you have a chronic pain or chronic health condition, you may struggle to maintain an active life and become fitter and stronger. These conditions can interfere in your life to such an extent that you can feel hopeless, anxious about the ongoing journey, and begin to become isolated. It’s difficult to shoulder the burden of maintaining consistent self-care strategies and advocating for oneself alone.
I work with you to tailor a plan that can help you to achieve your goals while guiding you to recognise the resources that can help you and supporting you through your journey.
In healthcare, often patients can feel they're treated as a faceless collection of symptoms.
I aim to provide treatment that focuses on you, with the knowledge that you have the deepest understanding of how your condition is impacting your life. It is from this wisdom that together we can create a plan for your treatment interventions.
Do you suffer from…
Osteoarthritis?
Inflammatory arthritises – such as rheumatoid arthritis?
Recurrent or ongoing low back and/or neck pain?
Any joint problem that has persisted beyond three months?
Fibromyalgia?

Migraines and headaches?
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus or other inflammatory conditions?
Do you have difficulty with…
Managing the day-to-day impact of your chronic health conditions?
Activity and fitness related to your chronic health conditions and pain?
Maintaining self-care and self-advocacy as a result of chronic health conditions and pain?
If so, I can help you to understand, relieve, and manage your condition.
Clare has been an integral part of my chronic illness journey. She has helped me navigate my physical limitations and guided me back to a level of fitness that I never thought would be possible. She has supported me through the emotional and practical challenges of an autoimmune disease, and also introduced me to mindfulness - something I've found very useful in coping with ongoing pain.
